For a Saturday night it sure was busy, however the service was spot on as we had a waitress that was just starting, knowing that we didn't have that much expectations for her although the service was excellent and she even sang a Happy Birthday to me...definitely worth a revisit...did I mention the food was excellent???

The chicken balls very greasy they sprinkle salt on them the wonton broth very salty sweet and garlic ribs greasy and to sweet we use to eat there before then we stop going there because of that so we decided let's try again maybe things have change very disappointing.

They were able to accommodate our large party easily. Good food.

Food was freshly cooked, flavourful and was served in a timely manner on warm plates. Server was friendly and effecient.

First time ordering from here and the food was not bad. I ordered beansprout chowmein and 2 eggrolls. The eggrolls were unlike anything i have ever seen before from a Chinese food place. Even though i found the puffy deepfried outside a bit of a turn off, they tasted pretty good. The chowmein was nothing to rave about but i would order it again in the future. Overall price was reasonable plus the service over the phone and from the counter was great.

Not going back for a long while. Called in an order for pick up and was told it would be 35 minutes. Got to the restaurant, told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. Left and came back in 20 minutes, told it would be another 10 minutes. Waited there for 30 more minutes before our order was ready. Took it home to eat it and 2 of the dishes we ordered were missing. Unacceptable to be told 35 minutes, wait over an hour and 20 minutes and to be missing 2 items.

They have the best chow mein and ginger beef in town. Their spicy prawns are also awesome.

Food is always hot and absolutely delicious. Herme is so delightful too!

My wife and I got there and were seated. We ordered our food and while we waited, we had the unfortunate pleasure of listening to a table of 2 young men (while they were shooting numerous alcoholic beverages) talk about how they worked there and were going to keep drinking to get hammered. My wife attempted to get the attention of 2 waitresses FOUR TIMES, all of which they ignored. It is unsure of the reason for this negative and overall, just bad service. The young men heard us try to call them over, and even tried pointing out us (aka "table 4") out to them and the waitresses repeatedly said 'not my table'. My wife finally had enough and we got up to leave. My wife has been going to this establishment for over 15 years and this is by far the worst service she's ever had. Very disappointed. I'd give you a 0 if possible.

My summary of China sail. -waitresses were fast-drinks came fast-food took an hour and a half to come (we had 16 people in our party)-hot and sour soup was tepid-sweet and sour pork was rock hard-food came all together -slightly below average Chinese food

You get great amount of food for the price you pay. Recommended Gooding there for China's food. Happy go luck people. If you enjoy food and friends. Best place to be

Good cheap Chinese food

I am a vegetarian and I ordered vegetarian items. Was very clear to the person that I ordered from. I start eating my food and bite into a big piece of pork. I was very sick because of this.

Best Chinese food in town! Clean and the most friendly staff. I love that they hire young people for servers and give them a chance. The staff are the most pleasant to be served of all places in town. This is our family's go to spot! Try it and you will be hooked.

This is the first time my wife and I ate at this restaurant. We both found the service and food excellent.

Best mushroom chowmein in town, hands down! The food is great and big portions, the 3-5 item combos is a great deal,better than others! They could use new chairs and carpet as their age and use showing. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. They only reason not giving 5 stars is the servers tend to take your order then disappear,they don't come back and check on you or offer you top ups on your drinks or make sure things ok.

Even living in Van, a few large US cities, China Sail the BEST Chinese food there is😋

Real authentic Chinese food flavours in Prince George!! I lived in Taiwan (3 years) and travelled in China and so feel somewhat competent in my ability to make this assessment. Delicious food, very huge portions, and reasonably priced. There are also a nice variety of foods to choose from. Furthermore, the service is great. I can't believe it took me this long to try this place since I moved to PG. I will definitely be going back again :-)

Went to restaurant to order a dinner for 4 to take out. Got home and opened the boxes of food and found it was a very disappointing order. The sweet and sour pork was nothing but fat pieces of meat. The chow mien was cold, the fried rice was awful--tasted like instant rice. The egg rolls were flat as a pancake and the deep fried prawns were at least 3 days old. Not good...would not order or eat there again. Price was way to high for quality of food

I only go here when we are with a group. The food is okay, westernized Chinese food. You will be disappointed if you are looking for authentic. Too much breaded and deep fried!

Called in hrs before and was given a dinner table of 10 ppl. Service was fast and friendly. Food came out fast and hot. Big servings. Everyone enjoyed their meals and appetizers.

It's hard to find Good Quality and Tasting Chinese food in PG but China Sail is probably one of the best. Service is always top notch and speedy. I find some places over power their food with filler or msg. But with China Sail I find them emphasize on quality.

I highly recommend the Szechuan dishes, especially the Mu Shu pork.

Upon entering it was best looking chinese restaurant I've been in with a traditional feel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Best chinese food I've had from Vancouver to Calgary to Prince George. Thanks for a great meal.
